  3. Expense control or reduction is not a business strategy. It is an essential part of everyday management. All it can do is buy one time until the organization gains traction in achieving it’s unique business proposition through its value added strategies.
  4. An organization’s control functions must be reliable, stable and comprehensive so management can focus on the future without doubting the past or present. Control functions include Finance, Accounting, IT, HR & Risk Management.
  5. The organization must be guided by a clearly articulated vision supported by a Corporate Culture which emphasizes integrity, quality, discipline, going the extra mile and superb customer service.
